Hampton Inn Downingtown/Exton

The room felt clean and cozy. Housekeeping did a good job daily. The bed was comfortable, great for a refreshing night's sleep. Staff seemed genuinely friendly. I appreciated that they welcomed pets. My dog loved the complimentary treats. The breakfast options were decent, but some more variety would have been nice. I noticed the seating area got crowded quickly during breakfast hours. I had an issue with check-in. I asked for an early check-in and felt the $35 fee was excessive, especially when the hotel had plenty of available rooms.

Breakfast was reasonably good.

The interior and furnishing is very dated. The girl who handled the check out was very inexperienced and kept telling us that we should have booked directly via the hotel, because "this or that" wasn't working or couldn't be done because we had booked via Booked.net. Luckily her colleague helped out and was finally able to settle our requests to our satisfaction.

The hotel offered clean rooms and friendly service, which was a plus. The communication regarding room needs could have been better, as I experienced issues with noise disruptions in the morning and a long walk from parking. A decent stay for the price.

It was a surprise evening for my husband for our anniversary. The front desk staff was helpful in facilitating the surprise.

When I arrived there they demanded an additional 50$ from me on a credit card which I do not have so I had to find another facility I had already driven 2 hours. They could have helped me

I appreciated the clean room and the friendly service. The location was convenient for visiting family in the area. The outdoor pool looked nice for others, although I didn't get to try it myself. For breakfast, I found the dining area a bit crowded, and I chose to eat elsewhere after the first morning.

Pull out sleep sofa was extremely uncomfortable

The location was perfect for our needs, easy to get in on the corner. The room was a good size and it was nice to have a mini fridge to put our dinner leftovers in. Hot breakfast buffet was good. The little egg omelets are suprisingly tasty and provided the necessary protein.

Not knowing the hotel in advance, I asked for a quiet room, hoping not to be near elevators or ice machines. We were put in a room right next to the ice machine and we did hear it a couple times, but at least it wasn't busy and loud with people.

The welcoming staff made our arrival special. The cozy atmosphere of the breakfast area was a lovely morning touch.

From check in to check out everything was exceptional. Everyone was very courteous and the breakfast was great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice and served until 11 AM. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I particularly appreciated the variety offered at breakfast. There were limited options during the breakfast rush which could be improved.

Check in/out service was great

Guy working over night didn't say a word. I said hello as my gf and I returned. Nothing. Came down for a pillow, not a word. Thank you. Dude didn't say a peep. Besides that, the cleaning lady who woke us up knocking on the door was disruptive.
